Milling
MV4020.jpeg

The MV4020 is one of our most commonly utilized milling centers.

We do most projects on these machines. They are extremely dependable, have a wide variety of use, and allow for a top-tier performance with every use.

The Puma 240M is what we use for almost every project involving a cylindrical or circular piece. It has extensive capabilities and has the benefit of an extra axis.

This extra axis allows us to work on pieces from numerous angles. It reduces the amount of time the part needs to be physically moved thus saving our clients time and money.

The DNM 500 is easily our most versatile machin added benefit of having the 4th-axis attachment

  • So a mill basically is a table (known as a tombstone) that moves straightly forward and back and side to side (aka along the x and y axes) and a spindle that moves straightly up and down (aka the z axis), the table moves and the spindle rotates a drill or endmill (a drill that cuts sideways instead of vertically)

  • the 4th axis attachment is basically a separate spindle that sits parallel to the tombstone and it allows us to rotate a part as we cut into it, it sort of combines the capabilities of a lathe and a mill into one system

4th Axis Milling

The DNM 500 specialty milling machine is easily our most versatile piece of equipment.  It has the added benefit of a 4th-axis attachment. This attachment allows for greater maneuverability that results in a highly detailed fabricated deliverable.

We utilize CMMs to meticulously verify stringent tolerances in the manufacturing process. CMMs provide accurate dimensional assessments, guaranteeing adherence to the highest standards of precision in CNC manufacturing. Our CMM capabilities elevate quality assurance and reliability in every project.
